Our aim is to educate everybody who comes to the Club on the importance of exercise and fitness. To help each member to become the best they want to be. This is achieved through:

All under the supervision of qualified coaching staff. We believe that taking part in the sport of gymnastics should be enjoyable and fun, especially for those children who come once a week. Our competitive squads are more serious, but still the gymnasts must enjoy what they are doing.
