Programmes

We offer a varied programme of activities including:

Pre-School gymnastics;

Recreational gymnastics for children in full time education;

Competitive gymastics for both boys and girls;

Trampolining;

and Birthday parties for children and adults.

Competitions

Our boys' and girls' Competitive Squads participate in Regional and National competitions as part of the Welsh and British gymnastics competitive programs. 

We are very proud to have British Champions in our Squads.

Performances

We put on gymnastic displays at  local community events, a Summer Show and a huge Christmas Show that allows our gymnasts to perform their skills to a live audience. 

All children and adults have the opportunity to take part in these integral annual events.
